What is the return policy?

You can request a return for store credit within 4 days of delivery for non-sale products. A pickup will be attempted twice. Once the item passes quality check, store credit will be issued with ₹100 deducted. Store credit is valid for 6 months. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method. We do not offer exchanges.

What happens if the returned product fails quality check?

If the product shows signs of use, washing, damage or missing tags, the return request will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you. In that case, no refund or store credit can be issued.

Are any purchases final during sale?

Yes. All sale and promotional purchases are final.

No returns, no exchanges, no refunds, and no store credit on sale orders. Only verified manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours will be helped with a replacement or store credit.

What is the Shipping Policy?

• Processing time is within 24 hours
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
• Delivery takes 1 to 4 days after dispatch
• Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors
• Express Shipping available at a marginal rate of Rs.50/-
• Tracking number shared by email once your order ships
• Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed
• Shipping address cannot be edited after processing

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Share photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
If approved, we’ll replace it or issue store credit.
